1) Operator Information

KanWeFit ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by Kanwefit LLC, with its principal address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KanWeFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

3) Eligibility

KanWeFit is intended for individuals aged 16 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 16, you should only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly allow their use.

4) Nature of the Service

KanWeFit provides compatibility readings generated from user-submitted inputs. The content is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

Real-world behaviors, habits, attitudes, preferences, and outcomes vary widely due to factors such as culture, education, family values, health, lived experience, and personal choice. Readings do not predict, determine, or guarantee actual outcomes.

5) User Responsibilities

You agree to enter information accurately to the best of your knowledge. You may provide real names, nicknames, callsigns, or fictional names for the individuals being analyzed; KanWeFit does not require or verify legal names. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any reading produced by the App. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer, or copy its content. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any readings stored on it.

6) Access Codes

When you first use the App, an anonymous access code is generated and stored both locally on your device and server-side with a counter of available readings. Each reading reduces the available balance. Access codes may be transferred to another device or user, and may be reset by the new code holder. KanWeFit does not associate access codes with personal identities, and no real names, emails, or other personal information are required to use the App.

7) Payments

After any free readings are used, you may purchase additional reading packages. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers Stripe and PayPal. KanWeFit does not collect or store your payment card details. Your interaction with Stripe or PayPal is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

8) Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, text, graphics, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Kanwefit LLC Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9) Use at Your Own Risk

You understand and agree that you use KanWeFit at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the App.

10) No Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kanwefit LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, relationships, opportunities, or emotional distress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

12) Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13) Changes to the App and to These Terms

We may update or modify the App and/or these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
